Our Location

Our office is located on the 5th floor of St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  

If you are traveling north or southbound on Interstate 380 -- take the 7th street exit, then a left on A-Avenue.  

There are several St. Luke's parking locations available.  We advise using the parking ramp nearest to the emergency room.  Take the elevators closest to the Emergency room entrance up to the 5th floor.  We are located in Suite 5000, the physician's office suite.
